I attended Melissa's 4 part webinar on Dementia. I strongly urge anyone who loves or works with a person with this disease to follow, consult (free!) and/or attend her talks. Melissa's presentation was so well organized, clear, with great examples from experiences, and she covered a lot in each session. I travelled for first time post-Covid to visit with my mom in her ALF right after the 4th session. Mom has had dementia several years, and it's been hard to deal with but this visit I was at ease with her bc I understood so much better what she was going thru.
